1. Scope of Service

The AlwaySIM service provides data-only global roaming via an eSIM (embedded Subscriber Identity Module). This service constitutes an Advanced Communications Service (ACS) by providing a data connection that enables customers to use third-party applications for:

  • Electronic messaging - Communication through messaging apps
  • Internet browsing - Web access and online services
  • Internet-based voice and video (VoIP) - Video calls and voice communication

2. Accessibility of Device Functions

The primary accessibility features—including but not limited to screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver, TalkBack), voice commands (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant), font-size adjustments, and hearing aid connectivity (e.g., Bluetooth, MFi, ASHA protocols)—are functions of the end-user's device operating system (e.g., iOS, Android) and the third-party applications used.

As the provider of a "Bring Your Own Device" (BYOD) service, Flanon Inc. does not control the hardware, software, or built-in features of the devices used with our service.
