Install Your eSIM

Quick Install
Use the Quick Install button or link in your delivery email or account on the phone you want to set up.
Before you start:
Connect to WiFi. Quick Install availability varies by device. If it is unavailable or does not open, use the QR code or manual installation tabs below.
Open your delivery email or account on your phone
Find your eSIM delivery email, or sign in to My Account → My eSIMs and open your installation details
Tap the Quick Install button or link
Choose the iPhone or Android link for your phone if shown, then follow the setup prompts
Confirm installation
Tap “Add eSIM” or “Download” when prompted
Enable Data Roaming
iPhone: Settings → Cellular → [Your eSIM] → Data Roaming → ONAndroid: Settings → Network → [Your eSIM] → Roaming → ON
Done! You're all set
Your eSIM will connect when you arrive at your destination
Where to find your Quick Install link:

- • Or view it in My Account → My eSIMs
After Installation
Make sure you complete these steps
Enable Data Roaming
This is the #1 reason eSIMs don't work! Without this, your eSIM won't connect to networks abroad.
Set as Data Line
When traveling, set your eSIM as the primary data line in cellular settings.
Activate at Destination
Install now, but only turn on your eSIM when you arrive at your destination.
